Knowledge of Wealth Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”) provides professional credit repair, financial consulting, budgeting assistance, and funding guidance. Because our services involve time, expertise, and labor—even before results appear—all service fees are generally non-refundable.

However, we believe in fairness and transparency. Below is a detailed explanation of when refunds may or may not be issued.

 


 

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for the following:

  • Credit repair service fees

  • Consultation fees

  • Service retainers or enrollment fees

  • Completed coaching sessions or program modules

  • Funding assistance fees once applications have been submitted

  • Digital products, templates, or downloads

These fees compensate us for the time, expertise, and administrative work performed—regardless of outcome.

 


 

3. Credit Repair Results Disclaimer

By law (CROA), no credit repair company can promise specific outcomes.
Because results vary by individual credit history, creditor responses, and bureau timelines, we do not provide refunds based on:

  • Credit score changes

  • Items not being removed

  • Delayed responses from credit bureaus

  • Client dissatisfaction with progress

We guarantee service effort—not guaranteed results.

 


 

4. Refunds Due to Service Failure

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

  • We failed to perform any work stated in your agreement

  • We did not send disputes or perform tasks listed in your service plan

  • You have provided all required documents and maintained credit monitoring continuously

If a refund is due, it will be issued based on the amount of work not completed, determined by our internal service logs.

 


 

5. Client Responsibilities (No Refund If These Are Not Met)

Refunds will not be issued if the client:

  • Fails to provide required documents (ID, proof of address, etc.)

  • Does not maintain required credit monitoring

  • Misses payments or cancels payment method

  • Fails to follow recommendations or respond to communication

  • Signs up for services but never begins the process

  • Provides inaccurate or false information

Our ability to perform services depends on client participation.

 


 

6. Coaching, Budgeting, and Consulting Services

Because coaching and consulting provide immediate knowledge, value, and deliverables, these services are 100% non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

 


 

7. Funding Assistance Refunds

Funding results depend on lender guidelines and individual creditworthiness.
Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You are denied by lenders

  • You do not qualify for specific funding amounts

  • You decide not to move forward after applications are prepared

  • You do not provide required documentation

Refunds are only possible if no work was performed by our team at all.

 


 

8. Digital Products & Courses

All digital products—including e-books, templates, checklists, downloads, or online courses—are non-refundable due to instant access.

 


 

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, you must:

  • Submit your request in writing

  • Provide your full name and contact information

  • Include proof of payment

  • Explain the reason for your request

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Legal action may be pursued to recover service fees, chargeback fees, and damages
